Most shipping damage happens because a device moves inside the box. Wrap the device in bubble wrap, use a box at least two inches larger on every side, and fill the gaps so nothing shifts.

• Do not ship loose batteries separately from the device
• Use a tracked, insured shipping service
• Keep your tracking number until the repair is returned
