Terms of service.

Diagnosis is free and quotes are given before work begins. A quote covers the fault identified at the time. If additional faults are found once the device is opened, we stop and contact you with a revised price before continuing.

We use quality replacement parts appropriate to the repair and tell you the grade of part your quote covers. Some devices, particularly ones with prior damage or previous third-party repairs, carry a higher risk of complications, and we will tell you when that applies before starting.

You are responsible for backing up your data before a repair. We do not intentionally erase data, but repairs on faulty devices can result in data loss, and we cannot accept liability for data that is not backed up.

Our liability for any repair is limited to the value of the repair charge. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or lost data. Pre-existing damage recorded at intake is not covered by any repair or warranty.

Completed repairs are covered by our workmanship and parts warranty as described on the warranty page. The warranty covers the specific work performed and does not cover new damage, liquid exposure after collection, or work carried out by another party afterwards.

Payment is due when the repair is collected. Devices should be collected promptly once we notify you the repair is complete.

Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days after we notify you that work is complete or that no repair will proceed may be disposed of or recycled to recover outstanding costs. We will always attempt to contact you first using the details you provided.
